Brunswick Place is in a perfect location. NON-RESIDENT parking vouchers are now available to guests travelling by car and needing to park near the flat. This means you can park anywhere near the flat for unlimited hours and avoid fines and having to move the car every four hours during the day. Please contact us to enquire about costs and availability in advance as only a limited number of these are issued by the local Council.
The eclectic mix of shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets on Church Road and Western Road are just a 5 minute walk away.

DÉCOR & ROOMS
The front door opens onto the lounge/dining room which has a beautiful set of large, floor to ceiling sash windows, original cornicing, a fireplace and plentiful lighting. The lounge includes a large leather sofa, coffee table and flat screen TV with Freeview channels. There is a dining area with a large table and chairs. Wireless broadband and landline telephone is available. Off the dining room there is a separate bedroom with a comfortable bed that sleeps two people. There is a solid oak chest of drawers and an extra sofa bed in this room (large, period, wooden doors can be closed to separate this room entirely from the lounge area to ensure privacy).
The master bedroom has a king size bed with ample room for hanging or storing clothes .A spiral staircase takes you upstairs to the bathroom which has a bath with shower, WC and washbasin.
There is also smaller second bathroom downstairs with a toilet and wash basin.

AVAILABILITY / SUITABILITY
There is a two night minimum stay at weekends during the peak season due to high demand, however on occasions we do have the odd night available last minute, so please enquire.
You will be met on arrival by a property manager who will show you around and give you keys.

HOUSE RULES
Security/breakage deposit: This is paid as a pre authorisation and is taken prior to arriving at the apartment. The cost is £300 and if taken from a debit card the funds will be taken for between 3-10 days, if taken from a credit card the funds are just held on account for between 3-10 days. No guest can stay without paying. Any questions please ask.
Pets are accepted but only after speaking to YBH for approval and subject to an extra cost prior to booking.
Check in is from 3-6pm and check out is 11am. If you require an early check in or late check out the cost is £40 per change. We try to accommodate all our guests as much as possible, however, we hope that all guests respect that we are busy and have other bookings too. Please try not to be late.
On arrival you will sign the pre authorisation and the noise policy/breakage document. Your deposit will be at risk if any of the rules are broken. Please ensure that you have holiday travel insurance for when you book, just in case a situation arises.
We will welcome you with our meet and greet service at the property so please call the Property Manager 15 minutes prior to arrival.
