You’ll have the property to yourselves except for a service cupboard. We have set this property up especially for the self-catering/holiday let market. Should there be an issue or you need help we’re on hand to help you.

Enhanced clean

We have a dedicated housekeeping team to ensure the cleans are to the highest standard, even more so with the advent of Covid-19. We have taken extra steps to ensure the property and its contents are clean and sanitised and also provide extra cleaning supplies for your own use.

Central location

Old Kemptown has its own charm and village feel and is a 15 minute walk to the Palace Pier. The seafront is a 2 minute walk.

More about the Property…

Old Kemptown Village, Historically known as an actors’ and artists’ quarter, it has a sizeable gay community and a network of streets with specialised shops, restaurants, cafés (Cafe Rust being 20 metres from the flat) and pubs. The Royal Sussex County Hospital is located in Kemptown and not far from the property. The mainline train station is a 25 minute walk, a short taxi ride or you can get the bus from bus stop A.

The property is modern and decorated to a high standard and benefits from it’s own private parking space. The entrance hall leads down the flat into a large hall from where the toilet, bathroom, bedrooms and dressing cupboard are located. The master bedroom has a king bed with drawers and the second bedroom has two single beds. (currently the photo shows the beds together but these will be moved to give more space for the guests). Both are tastefully decorated and very calm. The living dining area has seating for 5 guests on the sofa’s as well as the dining table and the kitchen is equipped for all you need for a great stay. The sofabed is also located in the living room and accommodates one guest.

There is a two night minimum stay at weekends during the peak season due to high demand, however on occasions we do have the odd night available last minute, so please enquire.

Hospital Visits – We offer a Mid Stay Midweek Discount for guests staying at Sussex Hospital – Parking Included. (Minimum 3 night stay)

You will be met on arrival by a property manager who will show you around and give you keys and give some local knowledge.
