Modern three bedroom property set over three floors and with a garden. The North Laine area of Brighton is probably the most central area of Brighton. 5-10 minute walk to the train station, every shop, restaurant and attraction within minutes of leaving the house. The seafront is also a 10 minute walk. Three bedrooms comprise of the master king bedroom at the top of the house with an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a king bed and the third a double and both have built in wardrobes and are on the first floor a long with the family bathroom. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath, sink, toilet and heated towel rail. The main living/kitchen area benefits from a large modular sofa which will seat all 6 guests, 43″ TV with Virgin TV and WiFi. Table and chairs for 6 guests and the kitchen which is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob and all the crockery/cutlery and utensils that you would require for a long stay. Each room has hotel standard linen and we provide a bath sheet and hand towel per guest. We also provide toilet & kitchen rolls, hand soap, body wash. We have ensured that the property is in a great condition with new flooring, carpets, sofa etc throughout.

AVAILABILITY / SUITABILITY
There is a two night minimum stay at weekends during the peak season due to high demand, however on occasions we do have the odd night available last minute, so please enquire.

You will be met on arrival by a property manager who will show you around and give you keys.
