The space
This is a unique space, quiet yet just one road from the seafront and a short walk from all that Brighton has to offer.

You will have full use of the house.

This location is so desirable and very hard to beat.

It is a great pied-a-terre, finished to a high level of detail. A perfect place to relax.

The living areas are airy with a huge amount of natural light.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need for your stay: microwave, oven, hob, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher and lots of space for preparation. There is also plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware.

An array of complimentary teas & coffees, salt and pepper and cooking oil are available for your stay.

The social dining area comfortably seats 6 guests allowing everyone to sit and eat together. This also works well as a workspace.

An iron and ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine are also provided for your use.

Complimentary fast Wifi is available throughout the property.

The lounge has space for everyone: comfy sofas and a statement leather chair which is so dreamy. Snuggle up with to watch the Smart tv where you can access your Netflix and iPlayer account as well as terrestrial channels.
A Roberts Smart speaker radio is available for you to connect your phone or just listen to the radio.

There are 3 good sized bedrooms, sleeping 6 people.

The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and is finished with a stunning copper feature wall. There is an open wardrobe and hanging area for your clothes and personal items.

The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a snug feel with the blue feature wall. There is plenty of wardrobe space.

Finally, the third bedroom is a good sized twin room with comfortable mattresses, a relaxed décor and your own tv.

All our rooms have crisp 100 per cent 300 thread Egyptian cotton bed linen. Everything is freshly laundered for your stay.
Fresh cotton towels are available for your stay along with many complimentary items to make this a true home from home.
All our bedrooms have venetian blinds and blackout curtains.

The main bathroom has a full size bath and shower-over-bath option. There are complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, along with other essentials.

There is a small, separate downstairs toilet too.

The patio area is a delightful area where you can kick back and sink into the cushions, and enjoy your breakfast or your sundown preferred drink!

Other things to note
This is a mews location with other properties in close proximity. Please no parties or excessive noise after 10pm to respect the community.

You are one road back from the seafront and within easy walking distance of the city entre (approx. 8 mins).

There are all the major supermarkets close by (Waitrose, Sainsburys, Tesco's, Co-Op) as well as unique deli's just around the corner.

We use a Ring doorbell and external security camera to the courtyard to maintain security in the property and to ensure your safety.

This home is partly tech enabled and many devices use the WiFi such as the plant water system, heating and the door lock. Please do not unplug the WiFi as this may impact the door lock and other systems.
