  Very spacious living and fully equipped kitchen , a very large bathroom too. The bedrooms are really comfortable. The position is strategic, close to the city center, to supermarkets and the seaside. Excellent solution for families or a group of friends.

  Very nice and spacious house less than 5 minutes from Brighton Beach. 3 Bedrooms upstairs, a great living room and a kitchen-diner on the ground floor. Everything is very well-maintained and beautifully furnished. Very important for Brighton... parking included! Would book again anytime. The bathroom would be too small if the house were fully occupied. Sufficient for 2-4 people.

  This is an excellent property with a comfortable lounge, well equipped kitchen, downstairs toilet and walk in shower. It is less than 5 minutes walk from the seafront and close to the Brighton i360 tower. The parking space is a real bonus in an area with mainly permit parking. When we booked this property we were not to know that my wife would badly sprain her ankle a few weeks before and had just come out of a boot. As the property is just below the start of a steep hill up to town it was easy to use the wheelchair to and from the promenade where she could then do some walking.

  The house is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the beach, the Lanes, and the Lion & Lobster pub, which has great live music and excellent food. The furniture is new, and the house is beautifully maintained and in excellent condition. Renny was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We didn't have a car but the parking space is a real bonus A coffee machine would be a great addition. The bunk bed is better suited to children (I'd say up to around 13 years old) rather than adults. It would also be helpful to have more storage space in the bathroom, especially when the house is occupied by five adults.

  Comfortable stay and communicative host! Comfortable stay in a cute mews. Clean and pleasant property with a very friendly neighbour who was super sweet! The host was very communicative and a helpful. Would consider staying here again :)

  Big Thx to Renny Ocean Feeling’s near to a Capital. I guess one or two of the hottest days 2026. 😎 ThamesLink easy Connection to London City from Brighton. Every 20 minutes. 60min to London City an half an hour to Gatewick. Brighton is not crowded … a lot of Pubs with Live Music, small Restaurants, … One of the Pubs is directly on the next corner a this one is very good. TV is able to connect to all streaming addiction accounts.

  Good quality accommodation exactly as described, in a quiet location, yet very close to the beach, The Lanes and all other amenities. A major plus was the private parking space, particularly when parking within the area is at a premium. With the property being in such a convenient location it was never necessary to move the car. Renny was the perfect host, providing very quick responses to any queries we had.

  Central location with parking Excellent facility’s would definitely recommend . The house was very comfortable the hosts were very responsive as frequent visitors to Brighton and Hove we would definitely stay again.
