Check out is 11am or before. Please turn down heating, turn off lights and make sure the house is secure. Return one set of keys to the kitchen worktop and lock the front door and put the second set back in the key safe.

We stayed 8 nights - myself and my Daughter. Enjoyed our stay, was a good location for heading into town on foot which was a priority with the added bonus of Waitrose and Taj market just up the road. Plenty of near-by cafes, Pubs and the beach within a few minutes walk. Accomodation itself with comfortable and large enough if you want to spend a night in, plus a nice spot to sit outside in the sun in the mornings with a cup of tea. Our host Remmy was great - easy to get in touch with.

Renny anticipates everything you need before realise it and is always available. This is a great spot , peaceful and quiet and so close to the seafront you can walk it in 5 mins ! We went there for our daughter’s graduation and it was just a 15 min walk to the function . Everything about the whole break was perfect- This is a great spot and Renny was awesome- HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!

Great little news house in the centre of Brighton. Close to everything, beach, shops, and restaurants all walkable. Added bonus of a parking space to leave the car, which is vital in Brighton! Really great host who was responsive and helpful to all messages. 😊

We had a wonderful stay! The house lovely and clean and we had everything we needed. The location was amazing, so close to the sea and also lots of restaurants. Renny was incredibly helpful and very responsive. We’d definitely book again!
