  Fantastic stay, right in the middle of everything you want to see. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of the station, 3 minutes from the beach, 6 minutes from the pier and the aquarium, 2 blocks from the theater, 3 blocks to the palace and the museum, 1 street from the laines, shops all around but still a quiet street (only a bit noisier on weekends). The house was cozy, modernly furnished, the kitchen was very well equipped with everything. Spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms so we didn't get in each other's way. Prime location for 6 adults. The host is easy to reach if you have any questions.

  Great location in the centre of Brighton and the very close car park space is in a secure gated area. Being so close to the town means its walking distance to all the sites, shops and restaurants and made exploring Brighton really easy. The accommodation was incredibly clean, one of the best we have stayed in, and had everything and more we could have needed.The jams and milk in the fridge was also a nice touch. More than enough space for our 2 adults and 2 children visit. Great comms all the way through from Renny and the whole experience of our stay was seamless.

  Everything about the house was excellent! It was only a 7 minute walk from the train station and a 2 minute walk to the shop, cafes etc. Will definitely book again.

  Amazing location , short walk to the lanes , beach and restaurants. Secure parking was an added bonus. The house was very clean ,, comfortable and perfect for the weekend , would definitely book again. Amazing house , loved that there was plenty of toilet paper, Coffee pods and shower gel etc , thank you so much , will definitely book again

  Great 3 bedroom house. Amazing location - 10mins walk from the train station and 5mins to the beach with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. Three good sized double bedrooms - so no short straw small room - plus a well equipped kitchen. Beautiful little outside space as well, perfect for a summer’s evening. Renny, the host was really helpful with instructions and recommendations. Would highly recommend and stay again.

  Extremely well situated near to seafront, shopping centre, both north and south lanes. The house was clean with useful provisions such as cooking oil, tea and coffee. A great stay!

  Renny’s place was absolutely fantastic. It’s right in the centre of Brighton but very quiet. The property is very well furnished with the beds made up to hotel standard. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything that we might need during our stay. There’s a lovely little courtyard garden which was a great place to sit for breakfast. I thoroughly recommend this place for a weekend or longer stay.

  The location is fantastic. The house was clean and as described. It was very useful to have secure off road parking. Remmy was very helpful and was always quick to answer any questions. We had a great time and would happily recommend this property.

  Very nice property in the centre of Brighton. Easy access to shops, theatres, restaurants and The Lanes We had a great stay with family to attend a birthday celebration.

  We stay in Brighton every year and have trialled loads of property. This one was the best. Our host was very responsive, even offering an early check in. Things that stood out were; safe parking close by, extremely well stocked kitchen - no ropey miss matched glasses or plates, ample supplies of beverages, loo roll, dishwasher tablets, lovely courtyard garden, super close to fab shops and of course the sea. Ticked all the boxes for us all.

  Par rapport à sa situation idéale, je m'attendais à davantage de bruit mais la nonne surprise c'est que cezte portion de Portland est vraiment très calme. Proche de tous les points intéressants de Brighton. Maison idéale pour 3 couples. Given its ideal location, I expected more noise, but the pleasant surprise is that this part of Portland is actually very quiet. Close to all the interesting places in Brighton. Ideal house for 3 couples.
