  Beautiful Brighton experience! The location is ideal; shops, restaurants, bus, bike rentals and especially the sea. The house is spacious and well equipped. Good kitchen, good sofa to relax. The rooms are also fine, neatly decorated with lots of color. Of course that's part of Brighton. The staff (Renny) was very helpful, before and during our stay. He responded super fast and did everything he could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We knew in advance that parking in central Brighton would be difficult. It is an old town with narrow streets and it is hilly. For a small fee, you can easily reserve a parking space for your entire stay via a parking app. We had a place in Hove for £ for a whole week. 7 minutes with a rental bike, 5 minutes back by car. And you don't really need a car in Brighton anyway. Everything can be done on foot, by rental bike, or by bus.

  Clean, comfortable and spacious house in a great location. Very comfortable place to stay with big rooms and a great garden out the back. Fantastic facilities and it's in a really good area for visiting the beach and exploring Brighton, as well as close to the conference centre. Great communication with the host as well. I had to work from home for one day and it was really noisy at lunchtime (when the nearby school is on lunch). It was really quiet at night of course, so this is just something to bear in mind if you're planning to work there.

  Excellent time with my girlfriends in this cute house Loved the location and how clean it was, with all the amenities available The property has 2 king size rooms, and 1 double bedroom. The king size rooms were great for two people, but the double bedroom was essentially for one person. There is no way 2 people could fit there. Since we were 6 people staying, one of us had to sleep on the sofa bed of one of the double bedrooms. All the bedroom doors of the property were super heavy, I know its due to fire hazard prevention, but we had to constantly be aware of opening and closing the doors carefully so that they didn’t go over our fingers. They definitely were a health hazard.

  Super location 👌 Great location to get to restaurants, bars. Only short walk to the beach. Lovely, comfy beds. Very easy check in/out.

  Renny was very helpful from before booking to leaving the house. Great location, public parking was very close and we were able to book for the week and allowed to go in and out. The house was neat and tidy, kitchen was complete with everything you needed to cook and the garden was clean and peaceful with seating provided. The bedrooms had a place to hang your clothes and beds very comfortable. The larger bedrooms had a sofa which was also a nice addition. Master Bedroom had a small en-suite but worked well and had a great water pressure. Each room had a fan which helped with the heat we were having while visiting. Neighbors were quiet, didn't hear anything from the main road 2 mins away. Would stay again next time visiting Brighton!

  We have a lovely stay in Brighton and Renny was a fantastic host. The house was perfect for what we needed, was clean, comfortable and all instructions were easy. Renny was really helpful and proactive with messaging instructions for check in and also sent us a discount code for a local food recommendation (lovely touch). I would highly recommend Renny and this place in Brighton. Would definitely stay again :)
