The apartment is on the 7th floor of the Hilton hotel and the entrance to the Double Tree apartment is via Queensbury Mews although you can access through the hotel but ask reception to guide you to the lift.
Take the lift to the 7th floor.
The apartment is on two levels with stairs, please bear this in mind when booking for your stay.
The first level as you enter has a spacious hall with space to hang your coat and put your shoes in the shoe rack and a downstairs toilet.
It also has our linen cupboard with which you will have access to the washing machine and tumble dryer. (We can't be held responsible if you use these machines).
The bedroom on this level has a zip and link bed (usually set up as two singles but can be changed into a king upon request), there's also a sofa, TV and an en-suite bathroom.
Going upstairs you have a further two bedrooms and a bathroom, one has a balcony and the other a good size wardrobe. Walking through to the open plan living kitchen area you have a great view and plenty of seating at the sofa or the dining table. The balcony has stunning views to the east where you can see the West Pier, the i360 viewing platform and a city view.
The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, glasses, mugs, tea, coffee, sugar and some dry goods and other things you made need for your stay. Please ask if you need to check anything.
The beds are made up with hotel standard linen and each guest has a bath sheet and hand towel.
There's hair dryers, iron/board, toilet/kitchen roll, hand soap, body wash, washing up liquid, tea towels, bin liners and dishwasher tablets.
The hotel has a gym and a spa/pool. You'll be able to buy day passes to Living Well for £15 per person per day (children under 6 are free).
The hotel also has a bar and a restaurant and you can also go for breakfast at a cost of £22 (other options locally available).
We don't have a parking space with the apartment but you could park at the hotel or the local municipal car park on Regents Square. Or I would suggest trying to find a local space on JustPark.com

You have access to the whole apartment.
Access is with a key obtained from the key safe.
On departure please be sure to leave all keys, lock up and return the third set back to the key safe.

Check-out
Check out is 11am or before. Please turn down heating, turn off lights and make sure the flat is secure. Return two sets of keys to the kitchen worktop and lock the front door and put the third set back in the key safe.

The apartment is absolutely fabulous and well worth a 5 star rating. It is spotlessly clean, has the most comfortable beds with quality bedding, blackout curtains which kept out the morning sun, the bathrooms are well appointed, sofa was really comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Brilliant wi-fi. The balcony’s are great especially the one off the lounge area - unbeatable sunsets. Renny, the host was available and responsive allowing us to extend our stay by another night as we just couldn’t bring ourselves to leave! Having stayed at the Brighton Metropole (Doubletree) for many years we had no idea these apartments existed. We will definitely be looking to return. 5 star rating all round.

Renny’s flat is ideally located right off the seafront in Brighton. The flat is bright, spacious, comfortable and fully equipped. We stayed for a number of days with a family of 6 and never once felt cramped. Renny is a very friendly, helpful and proactive host. We would recommend his flat to anyone and will always check with him first for availability whenever we’re back in the UK.

Spacious and super comfortable apartment in a brilliant location by the sea and only 5-10 minutes walk to the Lanes and Royal Pavilion. Renny was really helpful with all my questions and the instructions for access were very clear. Suggest travel by public transport if you can as parking is expensive.

Veldig greit med mulighet for gjennomgående lufting når det er varmt. Anbefales på det sterkeste. Arrived from Norway. Renny communicated well, and responded quickly and in a friendly manner. The location is very central and perfect for a large family. Very clean and organized. Very good, with the possibility of continuous ventilation when it is hot. Reccommended highly.

Rennys apartment is a beautiful place to stay, the view from the front balcony was gorgeous and we saw all kinds of sunsets and even the eclipse. We would definitely rebook here if we ever come bsck to Brighton! Renny was extremely helpful especially when we got lost on how to get back inside When the other doors locked, he responded within seconds whenever we needs something and was always so polite and friendly. The only issue we had was that the downstairs bedroom can get very hot but it wasn't an issue later in the day when the sun had gone down. I would highly recommend rennys place!

My friends and i stayed in this lovely, centrally located apartment close to all the action Brighton has to offer. The accommodation had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Access to the apartment was very easy and having the two small balconies with some outside space was a bonus to use. Renny our host was excellent at communicating with us and was very helpful. We would love to stay again and would recommend.

Amazing Flat, parking (paid) underneath the building . Everywhere is walkable. All you need to do is lock the car til it’s time to leave. Highly recommended. All the positive reviews about Renny are accurate and I would be happy to stay in one of his other properties if in Brighton again.
