Upper Gardner Street
This three bedroom terrace on Upper Gardner Street is the perfect location for a stay in Brighton. There are two double bedrooms and one twin. Recently bought and renovated by a family that fell in love with the charms of the city and wanted a base for their visits. The renovation is of a very high standard and designed with unique flare. The property has a large bathroom and open plan living kitchenette as well as a small patio for sipping a coffee in the morning or a glass of rose in the evening. We are pleased to be able to welcome guests to this beautifully decorated terrace in the most exciting part of the city.
DÉCOR & ROOMS
The ground floor of the property provides an open plan living room/kitchen/dining area, downstairs bathroom, and a small outdoor patio area. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower, however please be aware that the shower is slightly raised so not ideal for very tall people, so you may be better off enjoying a bath!
The three bedrooms consist of one master, one double and a twin. The house would comfortably sleep four guests but there is room for six.
With just a 5 minute walk away from the train station and a 15 minute stroll to the beach and the pier, you really are in the heart of the city. The North Laines is thought of as the bohemian area of Brighton and provides lots of quirky shops, eateries and plenty of atmosphere.
It is worth mentioning that there is a vintage street market outside the property on a Saturday morning but it shouldn’t disturb you too much. In actual fact, as the saying goes, the early bird catches the worm! Being the first there will be easy, so you may get yourself a few bargains!
AVAILABILITY / SUITABILITY
There is a two night minimum stay at weekends during the peak season due to high demand, however on occasions we do have the odd night available last minute, so please enquire.
You will be met on arrival by a property manager who will show you around and give you keys.

Security/breakage deposit: This is paid as a pre authorisation and is taken prior to arriving at the apartment. The cost is £300 and if taken from a debit card the funds will be taken for between 3-10 days, if taken from a credit card the funds are just held on account for between 3-10 days. No guest can stay without paying. Any questions please ask.
Pets are accepted but only after speaking to YBH for approval and subject to an extra cost prior to booking. If pets have been found to stay without permission the full deposit will be taken.
Check in is from 3-6pm and check out is 11am. If you require an early check in or late check out the cost is £40 per change. We try to accommodate all our guests as much as possible, however, we hope that all guests respect that we are busy and have other bookings too. Please try not to be late.
On arrival you will sign the pre authorisation and the noise policy/breakage document. Your deposit will be at risk if any of the rules are broken. If you are a hen do we also have to be notified upon booking. If we find out after the booking is made we reserve the right to cancel the booking and take the monies paid to date including all commissions.
Please ensure that you have holiday travel insurance for when you book, just in case a situation arises.
We will welcome you with our meet and greet service at the property so please call the Property Manager 15-20 minutes prior to arrival.
